The two-bedroom, three-bath home, built in 1952, sits on a quarter-acre lot with a landscaped garden and a pool. Panozzo describes the house as a magical space where he feels safe and at home, with various areas to relax, reflect, or unwind after touring.
The design of the home emphasizes an indoor/outdoor flow with wood finishes and a tranquil atmosphere. The backyard features fountains, coral-lined walkways, teak sculptures, bonsai and Ashoka trees, and animal-shaped hedges. Most of the sculptures and art pieces are included in the sale. Panozzo, who has lived in the house for over 15 years, is ready to move back to high-rise living for a new challenge and a downtown balcony with a view.
