Logan Marshall-Green has been cast in the upcoming CBS spinoff series "Y: Marshals," which is a spinoff of the popular show "Yellowstone" focusing on Luke Grimes' character, Kayce Dutton. In the series, Marshall-Green will portray Pete Calvin, a military friend of Kayce's. The show follows Dutton as he joins a group of U.S. Marshals, using his cowboy and Navy SEAL skills to bring justice to Montana while navigating the challenges of family, duty, and the toll of being the last line of defense against violence in the region.

CBS announced the development of "Y: Marshals" in March and has ordered 13 episodes for the series, set to premiere in the middle of the 2025-2026 broadcast season. The show will air on Sunday nights on CBS. Marshall-Green, known for his roles in "Upgrade," "Prometheus," and the upcoming film "The Odyssey," will star alongside a talented cast in this new venture.

The first episode of "Y: Marshals" will be penned by Spencer Hudnut and directed by Greg Yaitanes. The series is produced by MTV Entertainment Studios, with Taylor Sheridan serving as executive producer, along with a team of producers including David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, and more. Hudnut will also act as the showrunner for the series, which will be distributed by Paramount Global Content Distribution.

Marshall-Green's involvement in "Y: Marshals" adds to his impressive resume, showcasing his versatility as an actor. With a strong creative team behind the scenes and a compelling premise, the spinoff promises to deliver an exciting and engaging viewing experience for audiences.
